CHECK-IN
- Unless special needs of our Guests, the rooms the delivery is scheduled between 03:30 pm and 09:00 pm, are asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at least in the morning of arrival itself. The lack of such communication can not be a cause of complaint or claim for refund in case of any waiting.
- The Guests are encouraged, upon arrival, to provide an identity for the compilation of PS and at the same time regulate the payment of the reservation. In the event of early departure will be returned shares fruite night not less than the deposit in advance.
- The purchase price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the flat,breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of television and air conditioners / heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories. The extraordinary change of linen is not included in the price, such as special cleaning.
- For the entry and exit from the structure there are no time limits, Guests will have the keys to the facility and may come and go as they please.
- Animals are allowed inside the B&B, for hygienic reasons it is forbidden to let them get on the bed.
- It is also not allowed for reasons of public security, Guest access to other people in B&B at any time.
CHECK-OUT
- It is recalled that the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, a delay will imply charged an additional night.
BREAKFAST
- Breakfast is served the day before the agreed time, however, between 9:00 and 10:30. Please report any known allergies and food allergies.
RULES
- Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels etc. It recommends the proper use of sanitation and civil, not throwing anything into the w.c. (use the appropriate bins).
- Preparing meals in the rooms is always forbidden.
- Within all rooms, including rooms and bathrooms, smoking is prohibited (smoking allowed only outdoors, in porches and in the garden).
- It is recommended to observe the silence in the canonical hours 10:00 pm to 08:00 am and 02:00 pm-04:00 pm. In any case, please keep a behavior that in any moment of the day and in no way harm the tranquility of others.
- Each Guest is responsible for compensate any damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of additional equipment. At the end of stay, will be handed the keys. In case of loss will be charged the damage. Take care to turn off the light of the rooms, air conditioners and other equipment when you are outside the room.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property. Not liable for any failure due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or Internet connection is not dependent on our will.
