Ten accommodations within a two-storey house dedicated entirely to hospitality. The structure is adjacent to the Nautica Tarello, of which it is a part, and guests will be able to benefit from all the services available there: bar, restaurant, swimming pool.

The accommodations are all independent, those on the first floor face a central corridor, those on the ground floor have an independent entrance to the outside.

Some accommodations have a kitchen, breakfast at the Nautica bar is included for accommodations without a kitchen.
