This policy is intended for users visiting the company website, which aims to present the services offered: boat storage, motorhome parking area, and bed & breakfast. The company is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of visitors, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

During website navigation, only technical navigation data are collected (e.g., IP address, browser type, date and time of access). The system also detects the language set in the user's browser for the sole purpose of automatically displaying the most appropriate linguistic version of the content (Italian, English, or French). These data are necessary for the correct use of the contents and for security reasons.

Legal basis: The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller to ensure the security and correct display of the site according to the user's technical needs (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f of the GDPR).

4. Cookies

This website does not use any type of cookies, whether technical, profiling, or third-party. The automatic language selection occurs by reading the "Accept-Language" technical header sent by the browser and does not involve saving information (cookies) on the user's device.

5. Statistical Systems and Navigation Data

To monitor site performance and visibility, the Controller uses tools that do not require cookie installation and do not identify the user:

• Google Search Console: A tool used to analyze the site's visibility on search engines. Data (keywords used, clicks made on Google) are collected by Google on its own platform and do not involve direct tracking on this site.
• Server Logs (Aruba): The hosting service provided by Aruba S.p.A. records system logs necessary for security and generates anonymous aggregate traffic statistics (e.g., total number of visits).

6. Data Communication and Transfer

Technical navigation data are processed exclusively by the Controller and the appointed technical managers (Aruba S.p.A. for hosting services). No identifiable personal data is sold to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

7. User Rights

Under the GDPR, users have the right to request access to their data, rectification, or erasure. However, since the site does not collect identifying data (such as names or emails) associated with navigation, identifying the data subject may not be possible unless specifically requested in relation to technical data stored in server logs.
